The subsidiary enterprise of the Yug-Import Company - LLC Lentax-Yug is a new Ukrainian industrial structure, which produces the edge banding materials.

Setting up this enterprise, we took into account the production experience of Germany and Poland. For the production of edge banding materials the high-tech German equipment VITS, Kasper and HARDO is used. The quality control, which is carried out at all the stages of the process, confirmed by certificates.

The melamine edge on the paper basis is produced by means of impregnation of decorative paper with melamine-contained tars. Then follows the subsequent varnishing process. The paper decoration is carried out at such first-rate German enterprises as MASA and SCHATT DECOR.

It became possible to get the different types of the structure of edge banding materials due to the newest production technology.

The reverse side of the edge can be processed with thermo-melting adhesive. This makes it possible to use cheaper equipment for facing the surface, securing professional quality of products. The high-tech line HARDO with programmed control is used for application of thermo-melting adhesive.It processes up to 8 roles simultaneously.
